Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & options
Shipping rates and delivery options are shown at checkout on our Wix store before you pay, based on your delivery address. The price you see at checkout is the final price — there are no surprise fees after payment.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact the store with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate it and make it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
